Best Apocalyptic Books you've read

There are many end of the world books out there, but some really stand out! I have a few faves myself....

First is The Stand, by Stephen King....the ultimate book, IMO.

Second is Swan Song by Robert R. McCammon....This book has stayed with me for years. Still have a copy, as I do The Stand.

Swan Song is excellent, Grinch. It's an older book, but translates perfectly to today. I may have to read it again now that I brought it up.

I would classify that book as predictive programming! Precog at the very least!
