Bitterly cold air is on the horizon

Temperature forecasts for January 8 and days leading afterwords show a dangerous plunge of -25+ anomalies sweeping in. As a result of this cold air, we could see lake-effect snow around the Great Lakes. Furthermore, The stage is set for significant snowfall along the East Coast in early January.

(Note these are NOT actual forecasted temps. Temperature anomaly refers to the deviation of the actual temperature from what is considered the normal or average temperature for a specific location)

There's a snowstorm forecast as well, but I will try not to overwhelm you guys. Might just wanna stock up on needs before the 8th....like meds and food!

We have so much mud here I prefer snow instead.
