When I went to Waverly Hills with my daughter and her friend, we started the night on the same floor, but opposite wing, as a paranormal group from Illinois. All were youngsters, probably early 20s, in very stylish group Tshirts, and they had an impressive array of equipment.
Within ten minutes of being briefed/released by the volunteer docent who led both our groups to our starting point, we began to hear raised voices and coarse language. They were still arguing when it was time to switch wings. Apparently there was significant disagreement over who was going to use which pieces of equipment.
I think one of the volunteers read them the riot act as they were much calmer when we crossed paths with them later in the evening.
