Are you a member of Costco, Sam's Club, Prime, or any other store service that helps you cut costs?
Next question is does it actually help you cut your costs or do you come out with or order more than you planned?

I'm a Prime user, and it's a life saver for me as I'm pretty much unable to go out and shop for things. I've already saved over $400 on shipping so far this year with it. And the Prime TV is kinda nice as well as a perk for having it.

My son has a Costco membership and has room to buy things in bulk. The one thing he picks up extra for me is birdseed. MUCH cheaper from there. But yeah...no need for 3 pound jars of peanut butter here! lol His house has a full basement with a nice storage area for extra pantry items. Whenever I need batteries or a large bottle of Tylenol, I just call him to check his pantry. He's pretty much ready for the Apocalypse.

We have both Sam's and Costco memberships. I really have grown to dislike Sam's, in particular I resent having to pay for the privilege of standing in massive checkout lines. Never are more than half the cashier stations open, and the self-checkout stations can be more time-consuming than waiting for a cashier. I've also noticed some inventory issues, far more empty shelves than I can ever remember.

I much prefer Costco. I think they have a better variety of products, plus it's better organized and easier to move through the story. Lines can be lengthy, but at least all the check-out lanes are open. We also really like their beef and fresh vegetables.

As luck would have it, the Sam's is a five minute drive, the nearest Costco is over 30 minutes away.

Used to have a Sam's membership, was more useful when kids were younger. Once they became teenagers that completely flipped. If they see a 3 gallon jug of peanutbutter they will sit and eat 3 gallons of peanutbutter.

We do have Prime and have standing orders to get pet food and other items delivered on a regular schedule. Plus we watch the movies and after figuring out how to aet it up in my car I can listen to Prime Music while I drive. I even found a Playlist called Dad Rock!

Love the Dad Rock!

Nope I am not a member anywhere yet. So far with just the two of us it didn't seem like it would be worth it. There is nothing close by so trips to Sams or Costo are quite a drive. I have been considering a Prime membership to Amazon. It seems I am ordering more and more stuff to come to the house. I am thinking it may be worth it now. What is the cost of Amazon Prime btw?
