One of the reasons that video is important is that it was done just before his death and he normally did NOT sound like that. People are suspicious he was already being attacked in some way.

This is not just happening to people who are UFO investigators but anyone who is willing to blow the whistle about gov't BS. Anyone hear of Stanley Meyer, he was in an "accident" after he refused sell to the gov't for a boat load of money, and his invention was destroyed.
