Speaking of metamaterials, have not heard a pep out of the US Army lab analyzing the TTSA samples per their CRADA agreement. CRADAs require progress/status reports, but I'm not sure if they are considered public domain documents and/or are releasable under FOIA. I'd file a FOIA request, but doubt it would be actionable by the Army during the current situation.

I've not seen anything about those materials at all in any reports since they went in for testing.

Regarding the article, there seems to be a shift to this kind of thought about UFO's in general recently. Not sure I'm sold on the theory yet.
