Another weird moment, I experienced (but I see, I did nothing with it)

I am at work. It was early morning. A co-worker, we will call her Sylvia, comes in. She had on a black coat, like those fisherman/sailor type but fashioned for women. She had black slacks and a black turtleneck underneath her coat. Her hair was wet, like she hurriedly left the house and just pulled it back like a pony-tail but without the hair tie. She walks to the time clock and clocks in and turns to go to the back where her station is. I waited to see if she would glance my way so I can say hi. But she went on her way.
Hours later, I was checking the reports on yesterday finished products and I had a question for Sylvia. I see Mike another co-worker and ask if he had seen her. He answers no and that she comes in at nine (am). I quickly tell him that she is already here. And I had seen her already. And he was very sure that she was not yet there. He tells me to check her time card, so I do. And lo and behold, she has yet clocked in. I walk back to Mike and told him, that I saw her. I described what she wore to the “t”. And how she had her hair. It was a couple of minutes before nine and the door opens and here comes Sylvia. Wearing exactly what I said she wore. Her hair was exactly how I said it would be… I see the same moment played out again, the only difference is Mike was there to witness this. And when I asked him, “do you see this?” And he asks me… “is there something going on with you and Sylvia?”…..(wtf? lol.)
There is nothing going on with me and Sylvia. Before what I know now, I asked myself, why did I see this? What was the value of what I have seen? Now I feel bad, for missing a moment that Sylvia may have been in a situation where she needed someone to talk to. At the time, I did nothing about it and had not told her about what I had seen. Only Mike knows about this… I kind of feel bad that I missed that moment.

Wow, interesting! I had a similar experience with a coworker. I shared it here before, so I hope no one minds. She was upset with something I had done on the job, and had threatened to deal with it the following day. She was usually unpleasant, and I was not looking forward to meeting with her. So, the following morning I clocked in and was standing near the entrance to the office I worked in. I was early, so I saw a group of workers arriving at the same time, this woman among them. She ignored me and went past into the coat room at the back. I waited for her to come back out, and was puzzled when she did not. I asked a co-worker if this woman was okay, and she looked at me in surprise, then said, "She called in sick today."

So, how did I see her arrive at work??? I also question why did I see her arrive when she didn't?

garnetsilver that is exactly how I felt! The whole day, I did watch Sylvia and she showed no signs of any issues. She was from my point of view, Okay…
But who knows… I should look for that past post you’ve done, that is very, very similar to my experience and maybe find more answers… do you have any other occurrences?

Sure! I also posted this elsewhere, but I'm not sure how far back. When I was dating my husband, I expected him over, so I unlocked the front door so he could let himself in. I had just exited the shower when I heard him come up the front porch stairs. I lived in a small house, so I could actually feel the vibrations if someone climbed the steps. I heard the front door open and said I would be right out. I had these little bells on the front door, and I heard them jangle. I heard his footsteps too. I got dressed, then came out into the front room. There was nobody there! As I stood there gaping, the whole sequence repeated itself, and this time he really came in.

garnetsilver That is amazing! I have a very similar story to that!!!!
After getting out of the shower (seriously) I hear my family come in from doing the grocery down stairs. I could hear them talking and approaching the front door. I hear them come in and argue about something and you can hear the many bags in their hands and the bags being placed on the counter. I thought, I would go down and help out. Threw on some clothes and ran down the stairs to find that no one was there. I kind of freaked out. I looked out the windows to see if anyone was around. I went out the front door to see if the car was parked. No one! I even went and looked at my neighbors and no one was around…

It was suggested that it could be a moment of precognition, where you actually experience something before it happens, but I am not sure at all.
