Another bomb cylcone forming?

A second 'bomb cyclone' could happen this week

Proving once again, it ain't over til it's over.

I don't know but I've heard we are getting 2 feet on Thursday.

It's maybe a little over half gone now.

We got to 67 Monday... So for the river, the potential quick melt and no freeze over at night... It needs to cut us a break.

Nobody knows whether it's fight or flight time because it changes day to day.
