A couple nights ago on C2C, Ian Punnett interviewed an author who's written a book about bunkers and preppers. He tended to focus on bunker communities, usually catering to the ultra rich due to costs involved. Ian made a great point, noting few, if any, of those buying their way into such a community would have practical skills valuable in the day-to-day running of facilities. As he said, "Imagine 'Gilligan's Island' with seven Mr Howells."
