Activity just before you sleep?

I only know it works for me,years ago I was so petrified it culminated with me being picked up and thrown upside down against a wall by three entities.Now a grumpy old guy I don't think it would dare try that again.Almost everyone one fears these things until we get the upper hand,well that's how I look at it,with you being a female you would be way more scarier when angry lol .I really believe fear can actually create these mongrels and give them power.The more we learn the less they pester us.

Oh geez that would of been a scary experience..I don’t know how I would of recovered from that. Good you know yours stuff and came out on top now.

Wow I’m sorry you had to go through that. I can understand that you were bedridden for 3 months. Mentally and physically it would of got to you.
I only saw something and it was on my mind constantly for 6 months. Don’t know what I would of done if it had touched me, that’s awful. I’ll look for your story.
Yes there are top people on here, I’ve learnt alot. No shame in learning!

Well to start out I saw on two occasions a large bird fly by about the size of a duck but they were simi transparent, and then vanished. Then I saw a phoenix bird go up at a 45 degree angle and when he got up higher like above the tree line it also vanished, when it had the vegetation as the background I could see it but when the background of the sky was behind it it vanished, it was also a gray simi transparent color. Then I started to see on a few occasions dark shadow type orbs zipping by when I was outside, so I went to get my eyes checked by an eye doctor and she said I did not have any floaters in my eyes, and they were ok. When I was also having some wood knocks I would hear in the woods when I was leaving them, like a cyriptid activity, I have to admit that I was kind of afraid to go into the woods after I had an encounter in my tree stand 37 years ago with a cryptid.

My Qi Gong meditation is not a real heavy meditation it is done with me standing and much of it with eyes open. The meditation I do in my house sometimes is with eyes closed and it is kind of like the Indian type meditation, but with rotating energy around your body, rather than just blanking out your mind, but right before bed I sometimes do a meditation where I blank out my mind, and this helps me to sleep.

All this stopped when I stopped going in the woods.

Yes I have seen the dark shadow zipping aswell it did make me feel scared. I have tried mediation but it just makes me hear things so I stopped.
I don’t know what to make of your situation but it is interesting.

I was listening to Sasquatch Chronicles and they had a preacher on that deals with possessed people and he said that a demon appeared to him in his hall way of his house and told him he was not going to sleep that night, and an hour later 2 men and a possessed woman knocked on his door, and he was up all night trying to rid her of this demon, but it was very strong and had to call another preacher for help, he then went to the woman's house and he saw in her house these little dark shadow looking balls zipping around the floor, and he said they were little demons and the larger they are the more powerful they are.

I am not so sure that the cause of my seeing these little orbs was from the meditation or if on several occasions while in the woods doing my meditation, I said to myself and sent out a telepathic communication for any intelligent life to come an visit me, so I think I unknowingly invited this by doing that, my mistake.

I know this sounds crazy but after the encounter I had with the UFO, and listening to Steven Greer, I guess I could try to make contact with an ET, so after seeing these simi transparent birds, I said to myself well we don't know what an ET looks like so maybe it could be a bird, so I sent a telepathic message for these birds to come and talk to me and right after I said that 2 doves flew by and almost hit me in the head, then a few days later a large 2 inch insect tried to land on me and i thought it was attacking so I swatted it out of the air, it had very loud wings, I had never seen one like that. It was not a locust, but larger and similar.

At the time my Qi energy was also very strong, so much that I had to stop my exercises because I had a cap of energy around my neck and chin and it was there 24 hours a day and starting to irritating me. I once had a cap of energy around my whole body coming out about 6 inches, I thought at first that others would be able to feel it but I was wrong, I was the only one that knew it was there, and it made me feel like I was bullet proof, but I know I was not, but it did feel very good, the most amazing feeling I ever had, but it disappeared about 4 days later. I was practicing Iron Shirt Qi Gong, it is supposed to help protect you from injuries in battle.

I’ve heard of iron shirt with gong, I’ve heard that people who practice martial arts use this to strengthen their bodies. I don’t know much else about it but I’ve heard you have to be careful as it is powerful.
It sounds like you definitely connected with something and the birds hitting into you. I’m not experienced at all with UFO’s. I think I may have saw one once but I’m really not sure.
Maybe these orbs accidentally attached to you like you said. In my religion these black orbs are part of the other world that we can’t see but dogs and cats can see some of that world more than us. We believe they are jiin. So yes it’s the same as what the preacher said demons. So when I do feel or see something in the corner of my eye or flash fast I just say a prayer that I have been taught and try not to get into it.

Yes there is so much written in Islamic texts about Djinn and black magic also. From what I know Djinn are not seen as a good thing in the Quran, they are sort of like shape shifters but can also live in the other dimension. They can take on forms like animals I think they are made of fire and something else I will have to search. I’ve been able to read a lot about them because it is interesting but god has helped me stay on the right path so I thank god for giving me that strength.
