Missing boy found by man 'instructed by God'

I just spoke to my aunt, who told me that she had been diagnosed with a suspicious mass. She asked for prayers from her group, and when she went back for a biopsy, the mass was gone. They didn't even have to perform the biopsy!
I was following this case from the beginning. I thought it was strange that he got so far, 5 miles is a long way dor a three year old to travel on his own. The circumstances of him being found was totally glanced over by the police. They have almost no info on it. This case gave me the creeps from the start.
