A Mindful Breath

I love this. I often picture my breath carrying oxygen through my body to all my extremities. Breathing in love and light. This takes it a bit further to intentions outside the body. A great idea.

As someone with bad lungs who often has bad breathing days, I can say that on those days it does feel like my entire body changes. Not a good feeling. However, an intentional deep breath with good intentions honestly does make a difference. I've done this several times a day for the past few years and it shifts not only the mind, but the physical body as well.
