Trying to think of the guy's name, multiple time C2C guest, claimed he and BHO were part of some program connected to Montauk where they time traveled and "jumped to Mars." Basaigo?

Andrew D. Basiago pronounced (Ba-shogo) like ba in front of Chicago. Is a lawyer,writer, public speaker,media personality and former presidential candidate best known for serving as a US Crononaut in Project Pegasus doing the advent of time travel and in Project Mars during the advent of interdimensional travel.

He ran for president as an Independent in 2016.

I don't think he was elected, but with time travel, you never know.....
