BAD. Winds blow everything down. Not a lot remains if it hits as a 5. I'm thinking it will hit as a 3...maybe a 4.

I was down on the Greenbrier River today. The river is close to overflowing the banks, now. Campers line the banks for miles, and no one seems to be doing anything.
