I had to record it.
I finally located the small leak in the basement and the cause. Its a pretty easy fix, but im gonna do a bit extra just because I have the stuff to do it.
I started on the inside and will start on the outside tomorrow and finish Monday since I gotta wait 24hrs for stuff to set. The inside will be done tomorrow.
Its taken me forever to find it because its doesn't happen all the time. I thought i got it last time and I did ,but still gad a bit of water get in. Then I went outside and saw the problem. So ill dig out a small area and hit it with hydrostatic concrete after I use o expanding filler then seal with a waterproof rubber sealant. If that doesn't work ill dig a bit more out and get the 2×4s and concrete out.
Its alot easier than it sounds and will allow me to slack Monday-Wednesday...lol!
