Seriously....this may be the best and easiest way to do this. Cuz I'm telling you, it's a LOT of work and you have to be super consistant.

Apparently High voice if the puppy is doing something you like and Low deep voice and stare in their little puppy eyes if they are doing something you don't like.

Usually they take the pup for about a month and do all the work. It might be well worth it to have a well trained pup for Jadmom.
