Hope everyone is doing OK. We had to scramble to diagnose the internet again tonight. After I did some calming of the natives who were having a breakdown, we got it figured out. Loose connection at wall. Lots of heat today!
I've found when my internet goes down (or is slow) either when I had Spectrum or my current ATT, all I have to do is either restart my modem/router or call their automated system to have them do some testing on their end.
