I'm hoping my brother has something in the smoker for Independence Day.
I did get pretty good at finishing off ribs because he will start drinking at 6:00 a.m. and somewhere around 4:00 p.m. I have to take over.

I used to be a charcoal only man. But I went with the Hank Hill propane program somewhere around 2000.
I received a really nice big grill two Christmas' ago. I keep a cover on it and keep it in my garage. I want this to last a long time.

Its amazing the fireworks you can get here! I have a professional pyrotechnics license so I can already get some awsome stuff. Yet I walk into the grocery store and i can buy mortars...lol
Yet I cant find roman candles anywhere...lol

Mmmmm...charcoal grilled food! This is why I need atleast a gas grill,charcoal grill,and smoker...lol! No 1 grill does it all.

I pretty much officially hit the wall right now. I had a nice tidy physical day from 8:30 until 7:30.

K9 , I think I'm going to start getting ready for bed here in a little bit.
