I am still dealing with that package snafu from Ebay. I have been sending and receiving emails from the seller, explaining that not only did my order not arrive, but they sent the wrong item. They asked for a picture of the cue stick. Well, I already returned it! I finally had enough and opened a case. The seller then had the audacity to send me another message asking for the email associated with my PayPal account and promised a direct refund if I closed the case. I wrote back and said I preferred to deal through Ebay, and if they want the case closed they should send my refund.

I know better than to deal directly with a seller! They want to circumvent the buyer protection guarantee! First they send the wrong item then try to get me to deal with them directly, so that Ebay won't know. Not happening!

Very rarely do I have an issue with the shipper. Its always the delivery service! USPS,UPS,FedEx. They all are a 50/50 shot on if it will be delivered and if so where? Now when you google my address the neighborhood closest too me shows up,but shows it as a loop around road! Its all screwed up! It still only even gets you close to the house...lol!

Good morning everyone!
Packages are safe at the post office! So im gonna wait till the wife gets home and go get them. Possibly do the trash and try and squeeze mowing in! I dont have much weedeating too do so if I can get the mowing done the rest can be done tomorrow after I drop Sierra off at the vet.
Fortunately I got my mowing and weed eating mostly done yesterday. We've been getting heavy rain and hail on a daily basis for a few weeks. I try to mow every weekend but last weekend it rained almost constantly so I had two weeks of growth to cut down.

My son and I were out in the yard for 2 hours and got about 80% done. But its summer vacation for him so I can now tell him "I need you to mow the lawn" and there's no excuses like "I couldn't figure out how to start the mower" or "I think the weedeater is out of string."

As an added incentive I did let him take out a big patch of weeds with the machete. He wore that machete on his belt for the rest of the time we were out there. I'm half expecting him to be wearing it when I get home from work tonight. It's proof that he really is my son.

I was gonna do it yesterday, but the ground was too wet still. My backyard is steep and I have a zero turn mower. So even morning dew makes mowing the hill very sketchy some days.
We've had pretty much constant rain. Looks like I have till Friday to do everything and play outside as much as possible before a week of rain and thunderstorms!
