Not looking forward to that here. Appliances, AC, heater etc is aging over 20 years now. Just a matter of time before something goes kahput.
That is a bad topic. It is installed but doesn't work! OMG the installers said they needed to call a service guy to figure out why! Jim actually paid them. I had it out with the business owner when I got home, (I was at the dr with my mom). I wanted it tore out and replaced. They wouldn't do it, so I made them give me back the check for pay off. Before I did this, they were very casual about when they would get someone out here but after I stopped payment, there is a guy coming on Monday. I cannot tell you how angry I was.
That's terrible, Lynne. Leaving a job like that unfinished is pretty shoddy workmanship. Even worse when they tell you flat out they don't know why it doesn't work.
OH MY GOODNESS! I'm so glad you got the check back. If they don't get it working right, threaten them with a lawsuit. Had to do that once for a repair. I am so sorry for all you've been going through!
