It is sunny and 70 here today so far. A truly lovely spring day. I do believe it's the first one I can call a real spring day! No rain, no wind, no bleck.

I had one of those self-awareness moments.
Went to the Dick's Sporting Goods hitting bay. They hooked me up to the computer monitors.
I've lost a lot of swing speed. Yes this is being in your fifties, I'm going back in the gym and reclaim that speed and strength.
