Hi Lynne and everyone. Sorry I have not been here much today. The air quality is pretty bad and it's playing with my breathing today. Been laying back and taking it easy. And we have a big G4 level CME smacking us right now as well. I've noticed they also play into many people's health as well.
The Canadian Smoke seems to have settled here in my little valley. Very hazy. Got another day or so of it....ugh!

No worries Debi. The air quality is poor here too. I am noticing it now that I am relaxing. I was moving hay bales in a loft earlier and I had a coughing fit. Probably the combination of air quality and a closed area.

Yeah, we're kind of in the worst area of it from what they said on the news here. Kind of wears you out! Just came by to say hi and check in before I go back to bed again.
