Traditionally, ghost sightings have occurred in decaying houses that often have a history of tragedy. Now, with surveillance cameras nearly everywhere, spectral activity has been seemingly recorded in the most unusual environments. YouTube user Top 5s has compiled a compendium of CCTV footage that make for compelling evidence that paranormal activity can be captured on video.
In one case, the manager of an old bar in Manchester UK, thought he was being robbed as he heard glasses shatter. But after reviewing the CCTV footage he discovered a mysterious flickering figure behind the bar. The recording device then shut off for no apparent reason.
And in a hotel reputed to have a screaming ghost, surveillance cameras finally caught the eerie screams evidently coming from beyond the veil.
