Saturday night, May 8th, we are returning to the location of our last investigation a month or so ago. The first time, only my wife and I were present and the venue was just way too large for only two people. This time we are returning with (hopefully) a full team, although two of them are waffling as of now, once is facing a school deadline and the other work, so we'll see. This will wrap-up that location and I can then report here on the forum after giving the property owner any new evidence. The first time, we got SLS evidence as well as orbs seen in NV video, but no EVPs. Hoping for at least as good a showing this time, and we are going to try our new ZOOM H4N Pro recorder in hopes of increasing our chances at EVPs there. I am building a large parabolic mic right now but it won't be ready by Saturday. We will use our smaller, commercial unit if needed.

We are trying to kick-start the investigations again now that everyone is fully vaccinated but it's tough when also working full-time. Some of you know that my wife no longer drives since her concussion, so I "get" to run all the errands after work. I'm no spring chicken anymore so I'm usually just beat right down to my socks, lol. I'm having to take Friday off work to be sure of being ready to go Saturday and not having to limp around all night in pain.

Some of the other local paranormal teams are also stirring, we've already seen a couple of the "Party" type hunts happen at commercialized venues. These money-making ventures are not for us, 40 people running around waving K2 meters is amateur hour, as far as I'm concerned. I can't see myself ever attending an "investigation" that sells tickets. One of them is charging $70 per ticket!
GW, that sounds like an exciting time. I can’t wait to hear your results. We are lucky to have people here who actually take investigations of unusual activity seriously.

Thanks Lynne. It's interesting, gets us out of the house, and my wife absolutely loves investigating. We are really just hobbyists at this but take it seriously whenever we do it.

Hiya all. Just stoppin' by. Just got in for the day and I'm about to sit down for lunch. Weather is nasty out. We're in for yet again some more severe weather. There were 23 reported cases of tornadoes Sunday evening, and 18 of them were here. And unfortunately the weather is perfect for it again today. Gotta love Spring.

Ugh, customer service. Specifically, outsourced customer service. It is extremely trying, to have to struggle with understanding an unfamiliar accent, but when they insist upon trying to use canned responses instead of really listening to what you are saying, would try the patience of a saint! I really try not to get impatient, but it is annoying. And there is the long hold time, so that you are already fuming by the time they come on the line.
