After waiting 4 weeks for an order to come in, I open the bag to find it's somebody else's order of valances in Kansas and not my clothes. I am so pissed right now I could spit. The original shipping tag is right on there. A UPS tag is on the front with my address. I am livid and just sent a scorching letter to both USPS and to the company it was ordered from. I just want a refund at this point...forget the damn order.Ugh, customer service. Specifically, outsourced customer service. It is extremely trying, to have to struggle with understanding an unfamiliar accent, but when they insist upon trying to use canned responses instead of really listening to what you are saying, would try the patience of a saint! I really try not to get impatient, but it is annoying. And there is the long hold time, so that you are already fuming by the time they come on the line.
