I went back for two days and the dumped in the same situation again, I may not go back and take my chances I haven't decided yet my health is more important.

The last year of my job I approached many situations with bosses with a casual attitude. They had to really have a big issue to get rid of me and by the time I exhausted my process with the union I would be retired anyway. It took a lot of stress off.
