Much of Sandlot was filmed in places where I was a kid in the 60s. It really gets to me.
We grew up in a simpler time. I wouldn’t trade it.

Garnet doesn't need any luck. The shot is easy peasy. Even the second shot is not bad from what I have heard.

I finally have the week's emergencies and regular commitments done at work, so can relax for a bit tomorrow, straighten-up from the last project and set up for the next- which is actually something I should have started a month ago, lol. Several errands need running after work so I just might get away a half hour early and get a jump on it. Time will tell, two days left in the week for someone else's emergency to become my emergency, so anything is possible.
This afternoon I got emailed reminders of our second Moderna shot at a local pharmacy, one week from today. They'll send more at regular intervals right up to the morning of the appointment. Seem to be doing everything they can to make sure folks keep their appointments. It seems excessive, but I appreciate it. It's temporary and my memory isn't what it used to be.
