After not doing too well trying to sleep horizontally last night, I sat upright and slept deeply for almost 5 hours. A hot shower, and I feel the best I've felt in 5 weeks. A major turning point! Told my boss I am taking one more week off, he's in California all week but will be happy to see me back.
