Good morning all.
I am at work for a few hours, I should have come in yesterday but was too ill. Feeling quite a bit better today. Not 100% but at least I can get up and move around, lol. Only two or three hours needed, fortunately.
I dug out my happy light last night and will be giving it a workout for the rest of the winter. I always forget about it and then wonder why I'm so depressed. Not enough sunlight! They really do work, in concert with Vitamin D and other supplements.
