I have been HOURS today trying to remote with my son on this computer issue. Turns out it's hardware failure. Hard drive is going fast along with another hardware issue. Santa is bringing me a Chromebook next week cuz this is not feasible to fix. And I'm currently typing hunt and peck off a Kindle. Bear with me this coming week.
