We had one of those for several years, but the upgunned plans that cover appliances get pricey in a hurry. They are in the $700-800/year range and charge a service fee of around $100/call.

My handyman is cheaper than that.

I saw that for my area too. No outside plants / crops for me to worry about.

Garden is done here. But that first freeze should help the allergy issues out there. We got about a quarter inch of rain, which also helped. Boy, we needed more but I'll take the little we got.
