Well, the Coast line up looks like it could be fun tonight BUT I know George will turn it into a Covid night again.
Yoga is all about the stretch. Used to do it when I was able. There are several programs out there for core workouts if you look online.
I have a stretching book that's kind of like a standard text for personal trainers. I do the exercises during the Chaplet of Divine Mercy at 3 on the radio.
