I recently discovered a rear wheel bike stand in my basement that we used many years ago for a conventional bike. I may have to see if it will fit my ebike. This 12F weather is getting old and my legs too flabby. . My sugar numbers would benefit too.

The sun is making it's way over the woods in my back yard. It feels warm thru the windows. I'm not about to venture outside to see how cold 12F with wind feels. I had enough of that last night while traveling home from daughter's house. It definitely fit the Winter Poem verse.
