Remind me in case I forget tomorrow.
There is a variation of a sissy squat that you can do without equipment and really gets the heart going.
I'll try to find a video demonstration and post it.

I have some stretchy bands that I got from physical therapy a few years ago ( shoulder bursitis ). I use those every day to put muscle against muscle.

I find that if I am a bit cold in the house from inactivity, a brief workout is enough to warm me up without touching the heater thermostat.

This is a pretty good demonstration of the Hindu squat.
It's an old fashioned exercise still used by wrestlers and pro wrestlers. The video has a pretty good demonstration.
