The skeptic in me is saying that its just the result of someone moving during the shot, something common among cameras with slow shutter speeds. But...on the other hand, the form looks almost fuzzy, rather than blurred, and seems to lack a defined head. 0_o Nice background music, BTW.

I dunno, on one hand CCTV footage is notoriously grainy and glitchy, but on the other hand the gauge humanoid shape and the fact it seems to fade at the far right of the video makes me thing this isn't just a digital hiccup.

That's my conclusion as well.
