It is! We moved to GA because my wife's company offered her a job making more money and dealing with less. She mostly works from home,but has to attend some meetings and things throughout GA and Tennessee.

I loved my house in NY it was very nice. It was in the Hudson Valley and in a safe area. I was surrounded by lakes,streams,mountains, beautiful woods. Then the hit me for 18k-20k property tax and I got tired of that.
