MUFON#109017 Eyewitness states: Spotted this UFO while out on a walk. The orb disappeared shortly after my video ended. NORAD is right below the UFO at the start of the video.

Certainly not showing anywhere near the jaw dropping performance characteristics identified for TicTacs by the F-18 aircrews, in fact it's very pedestrian. I'd bet it's a conventional aircraft of some type, maybe a commercial airliner.

OK, here's a few more to look over...

A fleet of UFO’s were caught on video flying over Columbia, some were shown over Mexico.

Meanwhile a strange formation of UFO’s recorded over Pocatello, Idaho are now going viral online

The first one I'm not sure what I'm seeing. At times it looks like they are just panning the open sky, creating the impression stars are moving. Then later it looks like they are holding the camera steady (with tree as a stationary reference) and videoing a single light, possibly an aircraft.

The second video is much more interesting. There is always the possibility it's CGI, but the first thing I noticed was the camera shooting the video is up high. A drone, maybe? I think the video is looped, as in not one continuous shot comprising the entire length of the video, but a shorter video played end to end, multiple times. The lights themselves I'm pretty sure are aircraft dropped flares, but because of the looping you don't see them lose much in altitude or burn out.

The location, assuming it's accurate, is a bit perplexing. Pocatello is a hundred miles or so north of Hill AFB, and something less two hundred miles east from Mountain Home, AFB. Both bases have weapons ranges, but I don't know if either range would extend close enough to Pocatello for air dropped flares to be visible. Of course the fact the camera is at altitude would give better coverage.

What differentiates the Tic Tacs from other vids out there, Duke? I've heard several statements about the possible glow around them being some sort of energy distortion. Thoughts on that?

To me, the difference is the USN TicTac videos are above reproach. I don't look at them and immediately ask myself if someone ginned them up using CGI or some other fakery. Any other video I see, I wonder if it's real or a hoax.

Don't know how to comment on the glow being energy distortion. It's interesting, however, to remember the TicTac videos were shot with an infrared system. Differences in image shade/tone of whatever is being looked at through IR is a function of temperature variation. The glow could be cause by the difference in temperature on the objects compared to the temperature around the objects. I don't know enough about analyzing IR imagery to say any more.

I'm still of the opinion the TacTacs are a multi-medium (human vision, IR, radar) spoofing system of some type. Being able to falsely project images of a military force that will be verified by all sensory systems at an enemy's disposal is a massive force multiplier.

Is TicTac just the shape ? Or does it mean something else ?
