Then you never heard me play! :tongueclosed: It did teach me one important thing, however, and that is I couldn't tell a sharp from a flat and so a career in music was not going to be in the cards.

Well I am right there with you UT. I took piano and guitar lessons for YEARS and can barely play a thing. I have terrible rhythm - though, thanks to math I can count the beats per note - I can’t translate that into my fingers. I go into autopilot mode and start playing in syncopation.

I so wanted to be able to play. For my 30th birthday a friend gifted me a metronome thinking that would help. It only made my syncopated rhythms stronger.

So here’s a thing I (tried to) learn in school but don’t use today - piano and guitar.

Spanish would have to be one of them, never learned it in school but learned a lot while working construction, manly nsfw stuff.
