I'm surprised that in China something like this would be allowed to be published. It does serve though as somewhere to place blame for the powers-that-be.

Well, it's been thought to be a strong possibility from the beginning, and I think perhaps they would rather report it themselves than have another source "officially" out them.

No links because I was listening to the radio, but Iran has leaks /
reports of a large virus outbreak and North Korea is, of course, suspiciously silent.
Radio guest was an immunology / infectious disease Dr. in Chicago, Legit.
Add in parts of Africa, and these are three areas that do not have the infrastructure to treat large amounts of sick people.
