*** MLB Spring Training starts TODAY ***
Pitchers and catchers report today. Plus, probably a few players who are anxious to get the season started.
Since the Washington Nationals had an extended fall season ( oh yeah, they WON THE WORLD SERIES) the off season has been shortened. The MLB drought is over.

I have not watched a baseball game since the awesome Mark McGwire vs Sammy Sosa race.
Now that battle saved baseball. It needs something like that again... and not the cheating scandal.

Back then I was a scrawny 130+ pounder and took the "supplements" that Mark McGwire was taking. WELP, I cannot say I never took steroids because of the way that was marketed! HAHA
Good morning gang. Talking sports is depressing if you live in MI. I am beginning to wonder if all pro sports are fixed! The football bad ref calls seem to turn games. It certainly looks suspicious. Then there is the baseball cheating scandal. It’s had to watch when we don’t know if it’s real or fixed.
And there ya go! lol
I think anything sports is the same as any other entertainment. You can be involved for the game itself, or you can wade around knee deep in the side show of the lives of the people who play it. Just like any entertainment industry, there will be drama somewhere if you look for it. Or, you can enjoy the game and the snacks that go with it.
