Aioli is a homemade mayonnaise with lots of garlic and herbs. Your whisking skills will be tested.

There is a YouTube video recipe where somebody claiming to be a chef used Miracle Whip and garlic powder. I don't wish death on anybody.... but man this was easy pickings making fun of him. Don't be that horrible person.
