Actually, if the PNF was a bar, that would be the logo on our coasters.

Ultima, after initial receipt of a visual, are you able to recall most of the lengthy content even days later? Do you receive most of your visuals while awake or asleep?visual
Good point. It is also very symbolic in the sense of writing a new start on something. I see this as a great way to make a life change. You are writing something new on the page of your life. I would do this in a form of a prayer but I love the symbolism that gives focus to the intention.Nice reminder about the use of a new pen.
I can imagine all of the extraneous and even contrary ideas which have flowed through most of my daily use pens. Grabbing for any one of those daily use pens probably introduces all kinds of random blocks to the ritual energy of the important intent I’m planning to write down.
I can be pretty willful at times so it makes me feel sorry for the energy I might have stuffed into some of my daily use pens in the past.
Major props up for that prayer idea.I would do this in a form of a prayer
Always while awake. I liken it to a very intense emotional experience combined with visual images in my head. Like a flashbulb going off. Sometimes it foretells events. Other times it can be quite humorous. But the effects can be lasting. My reality becomes entirely what's in my head. The significant ones will be with me for a life time. But maybe I am making too much of what is commonly called an epiphany. So I'm uncertain this is entirely unique. I haven't had a good visual in quite some time.Ultima, after initial receipt of a visual, are you able to recall most of the lengthy content even days later?
