Just took a picture outside today it freaked me out a bit, in the window a strange image. House was blessed last year when we moved in, maybe it's just my imagination seeing the image or something else what do you think?

Welcome to the forum Simon.
I found looking at the photo "in a new window" gave a closer image. I 'm not very good at making things out in reflections, so maybe others can comment.
Can I ask if you have had activity at this property and if so- what? Also how long you have been there or has it been going on?

I have been an investigator for a time as well as had plenty of my own experiences., so would put images caught in windows along with other events rather than treat them in isolation. There is of course the possibility of natural reflections.

No activity but run of bad luck as in things need replacing in house boiler, now flat roof leaking,

I wouldn't jump to any conclusions based on that. But bad events seems to come in threes.

Flat roofs always seem to leak eventually, and I've had to replace a boiler in a place where the roof leaked, had woodworm, a wall that was salt damaged (it was where they used to salt the pigs), dry rot under a toilet upstairs, there was large concrete slabs where the slaughterhouse used to be, neighbours dug up his old dog when they put the fence in, was between the graveyard and the undertaker - who still had coffins in his shed.
...But nothing much paranormal happened there. Was built in 1850, and was the rectory, then a tailors, then the village butchers.

Keep your head on straight and look out for the paranormal. Just don't jump to it as an answer. :)

I looked at the picture in several different sizes and saw nothing alarming. Life is about cycles. It often seems that bad things come in threes. I think that it is mostly that things one at a time doesn't make an impression on you like when bad things just keep rolling in. Then, you don't really notice when months or years go by pretty peacefully. Enjoy and be thankful for the good times and then just endure the bad.

I see something on the left side of the window. I can’t tell what it is. I don’t know what is in the room. Unless you are having activity I wouldn’t give it much concern. Boilers and roofs are common problems. You may have caught something but I don’t have enough info on the location to know.

The person who owns that shoulder in the bottom right of the photo, what were they holding in their right hand when you snapped that pic?

If there is a presence that poses no harm, I would not be alarmed. I have had helpful entities that found lost items for me.
