Well, legally speaking, he'd have to go through formal eviction as there is established residency. That can take awhile.

Oh it wouldn't go like that we would just pack and be gone if we weren't snowed in

I have groceries being picked up today by my son, but other than that, I'm just gonna work here and see what I can find for content. The paranormal stuff is slowly becoming harder to find out there.
