Think this may be good
Saw a screening for this last week, I wasn't the biggest fan of it. It was alright I just felt like they should had done a lot of things differently. Also they changed Hey Jude to Hey Dude and I just couldn't get behind that. When I got home I had to put Across the Universe on so I could remind myself that they already made a movie that the uses The Beatles music beautifully.

I have a good friend who, as an almost fanatical Beatles fan, is so appalled by the very premise of the movie he has vowed never to see it.

And as a fan of The Beatles I agree with him, and he should keep his vow. There was a scene in it that aggravated me so much as a Beatles fan I almost got up and left but I had to stay so I could give my review.

I am a huge beatles fan, I see movies such as this as being a tribute to great music. its an idea that in todays world, music like this would still be chart toppers, in a world where modern music is so much different, if the beatles had never been known, would there music still be as great as we know it to be???...... this gives hope that maybe, yes it would...

Barnes and Noble now has a vinyl records section in a lot of their stores, I love it. I actually got lucky and my mom and Aunt saved all of their old albums from the 60's to the late 80's so I have a huge collection of original albums it's amazing.

Albums AND bell bottom pants have returned! lol As an old hippie, I find myself in a time warp here.
