Have you ever felt as if a soul was so familiar to you, and you start wondering like why that soul is so important to you, or that your soul is important to the other? I have met like 4-5 different people in this life, that I’m completely sure they were reincarnated repetedly, to help me in my life, and I wonder sometimes if I have done the same, or I have reincarnated.... And been with someone I know before I even got to know them in this life.

I call that soul groups...and we often find them as we travel through life. Quite a bit has been written on the subject itself. And it doesn't have to rely on reincarnation. As souls on the other side, when we come here to this schoolhouse, we often choose to come here together.

I’d like to read more about that, but when people say the same things, do the same things and want the same things for me, like they’re pulling me in a direction for self-improvement of different sorts, would that mean that they are from the same soul group, and they tend to kind of want the same thing, or archieve the same thing? I’m not thinking like, only for my self improvement, but like a mutual goal or what it’s called.. Sorry if the english is bad.

I think Debi answered your question nicely. I myself am still on the fence in regards to reincarnation but I keep an open mind.
It is also possible we knew these souls before coming to earth and recognize their energy. Perhaps they have a mission concerning you or perhaps you just recognize each other’s energy.
