Agree. The USAF put us through extensive "wingman" training to detect and help others dealing with stress and life issues. The bottom line I got out of all that training was to keep the individual talking....and pray.

Yep and get an agreement until the real help arrives. This person is alone in the world. Has burned thru what friends were available. No family. So the threat is real. Severe personality disorder.

Sounds like your help was "real" enough. Doing the right thing isn't always easy, but you do the best you can. Well done.

Thanks. It all started with picking up an old lady a year ago. Took her home to the senior center. She was another one with NO family. So I started driving her when needed. Then word got around. Now I have others I check in on and drive, including this lady tonight. It just fell on my plate. When it’s in your lap you have to handle it. I have expierence with mental illness so I guess god gave me a job lol.
 
Charleh how’s the babies. Is your daughter sleeping through the night now.
 
Ok, got to get back to DARPA, well over half the book left. Hope all are well, Shazams.
