I was kind of thinking ghost,but my 13year old niece looking over my shoulder at it says its a doll. What do I know
 
I don't know if it's a doll or not, but apparitions manifest or photograph in regular size form, and not miniature size, so, I would rule out ghostly, seeing as it's so small (and extremely clear). Is there any haunting activity at that location?

Are we looking at the person sitting with hands folded? I figured she was sitting further back in the room and therefore appeared smaller and in the pic.
