I like really old cheddar. The longer it has aged, the better. I also like blue cheese. There’s something about eating things that doesn’t taste good… that appeals to me. Haha

I just don't know how you guys can eat Blue Cheese! Of course, I have to admit I am pretty picky..lol
On the other hand, I do enjoy Feta, which is another cheese many do not care for.

I think blue cheese is an acquired taste, up there with olives and marmite!
I find feta quite sharp and don't really enjoy it. I like goat's cheese, though.
