The Medicine Owl

I believe even animals and birds can be used as earthly angelics with a message so yes, indeed!
i believe you are visited by what you need most to see at the time, what will have the impact needed. the lesson is only learned if we actually "see" what is going on................hard to do, its hard to break through the personal bubbles, everyday life etc... to notice the small things that mean so much......proper meditation, breathing etc.. can help...... too bad it is so difficult to just live in the moment

I agree, Paul. I've experienced those "need to see" moments. And a miracle or two.

Sage words Paul. This was a great testimony. I totally believe God heard his prayer.

all reasons why i keep getting pulled toward giving up meat altogether. its a process i regretfully havent mastered yet
I feel the same and also not craving meat, I can take it or leave it. I still like catching rabbits, more to do with an excuse to be out bush with the dogs but when my line bred rabbiting whippet shows compassion and lets baby rabbits run to safety I do question my ethics and am humbled.

life and the spiritual journey is a learning process for sure. and not all answers or "lessons" will be learned over night, some are easy and fast while others can take months or years to fully understand. i think as we grow and understand more the connectedness of everything our compassion and understanding grows, and along with it more things to be learned and sought out. while we are all on this journey together and can learn from one another we also have to realize we are also on our own path and are at a different level than others and learning a different "lesson". our path, while the same is also one that is made for just you, or me individually. by sharing what we know or have experienced we can help and even elevate others, but in the end your path is for you alone and only you can decide which direction to go in or how long it takes to reach what is right for you. there is no "right or wrong", there is only what is "right or wrong" for you , and that can take some deep ponderings to understand...(this is where all that deep meditation comes into play)..lol..... and i dont even know if that makes any sence....lol
